These Terms govern your use of the S&R Clipping website and any services you engage us to provide. The site is operated by Richard Vasquez, trading as S&R Clipping, a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) based in Düsseldorf, Germany. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide short-form content editing, on-location business content production (photography and video), website development, and related digital services, as described on this website. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for your project are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Quotes, orders & payment
- Prices shown on the site are starting points; your final quote is confirmed in writing.
- Unless agreed otherwise, projects may require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due on delivery.
- Ongoing (monthly) services are billed in advance and can be cancelled with reasonable notice as stated in your agreement.
3. Revisions & turnaround
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Turnaround times we quote are estimates made in good faith and depend on you providing source material and timely feedback.
4. Client responsibilities
You confirm that any footage, images, logos, music or other material you provide is yours to use, or that you hold the necessary rights and licences. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you, except for third-party assets (e.g. licensed music, stock, fonts) which remain subject to their own licences. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Results disclaimer
We create professional content and websites designed to help you grow, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as views, followers, rankings, bookings or revenue, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Where you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Düsseldorf, Germany.
